Mr.
Mozena and his
wife and daughter attended the Los Angeles County
Fair in Pomona, CA. Mrs. Mozena participated
in the needlepoint contest.
The family
also strolled through the exhibition halls,
taking note of all the wonder gadgets that you
normally only see in TV infomercials—Ginzu
Knives, "The Chopper Machine", and
a thousand more besides. They also visited the
various contests that no County Fair would be
without: quilt, needlepoint, cooking and canning,
not to mention pigs, cows and horses.
After savoring
such delicacies as grilled corn and funnell
cake, Mr. Mozena stopped by
the California Democratic Party booth.
He explained to the people manning the booth
about the Post
the Finances initiative. They
loved the idea. One lady said, "It
would sure keep those
politicians honest!" Once
again, this shows that "Post
the Finances" is ready
to attract the bi-partisan support that will
ensure success when it is put to the voters
in November, 2004.
